There are 132 homes on the water that make up the Lakewood Arlington HOA
The Lakewood Addition was planned for and filed with the county in 1966 with homes and the lakes built soon thereafter. The developer held HOA voting majority for a few years until we had our own president.
Yes. The board hosts meetings to discuss HOA business, including a larger annual meeting in January. Dates and locations for membership meeting can be found on the website Members section and members at the email they have on file with the HOA. Every homeowner is welcome to attend meetings. Meetings are currently held online using the Zoom app.
The HOA has a contract with a maintenance company who does periodic treatment of the water as well as an annual restocking of fish. Clean up of trash and debris by homeowners is always welcomed and helpful in keeping our water as clean and clear as possible.
Examples of past events include Fishing Tournaments, Movie at the Lake, Holiday Lighting Contest, National Night Out, and Yard of the Month. If you’d like to volunteer to host or help with an event, contact the HOA.

The HOA bylaws require any changes to the exterior of the home to be approved by the Architecture Committee. The ACC form can be filled out on this site, and you can download the official form that can help you get quick approval toward your home improvements.
